Women’s Health - Eating for your cycle (ONLINE EVENT)

Join us at Balham House, where we'll be talking through the importance of nutrition across all stages of pregnancy and the 4th trimester (post-partum).

This will be a 1.5 hour session for pregnant women and supporting partners.

This session is twofold. It is designed to support those who are in semesters 1-4 of their pregnancy, providing guidance on the core principles of nutrition for each trimester, to keep you feeling as good as you can, and being in optimal health for your little one. At the same time as birthing and raising your newborn baby and laying the foundations for a healthy infant microbiome.

New science is showing us how the gut microbiomes of both partners directly impact the newborn’s microbiome, making the 4th trimester extremely important for both partners. There is so much to share on this! Come down and bring all your questions!
