Giving you the best and most optimal chance of conception.

Functional testing provides insight into your body’s inner workings. Along with your health history, it helps identify underlying issues and your specific nutritional needs.
We use a variety of tools, including functional lab tests, to uncover the root causes of symptoms and guide your personalised plan.
Functional Testing
-
We partner with the leading blood science technology company that provides advanced screening techniques and analysis. Their bespoke test kits cover 13 body systems, 7 accessory systems, 7 macronutrient systems, and over 40 clinical dysfunctions to provide the most advanced, comprehensive reporting on the market today.
-
A comprehensive stool test can reveal important information about the root cause of many common gastrointestinal symptoms such as gas, bloating, indigestion, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, and constipation. Stool tests measure specific biomarkers to identify functional imbalances and inadequacies and allow us to develop tailored therapeutic dietary and lifestyle interventions to address the root cause of your issues.
-
The vaginal microbiome test analyses the balance of bacteria and other microorganisms in the vaginal environment. It helps identify imbalances or infections, such as bacterial vaginosis or yeast overgrowth, and provides insights into overall vaginal health. The results can guide treatment for issues like recurrent infections, discomfort, or even support reproductive health by restoring balance to the microbiome.
-
We understand that fertility is not just about sex hormones for men and women and that there is a range of factors and biomarkers that need to be considered such as thyroid function, blood sugar, stress loads, toxin exposure, immune function, and weight management. We’ll test biomarkers across all of these areas to provide a holistic assessment of your fertility where you may benefit from support.
-
We utilize an extensive profile of sex and adrenal hormone testing to detect imbalances, adrenal fatigue, and cortisol dysregulation.
This includes the DUTCH test (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones), which provides a detailed analysis of hormone levels and their metabolism. It measures key hormones such as cortisol, oestrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, offering insights into stress response, energy levels, mood, sleep, and reproductive health.
These tests are essential for clients with PMS, low libido, depression, weight gain, fatigue, unexplained infertility, PCOS, and other endocrine conditions, and they also support individuals undergoing HRT or TRT.
-
This test shows how your genes affect important processes in your body, like detoxification, energy production, and nutrient processing. It also provides insights into your risk for certain health conditions and how your body responds to stress, diet, and exercise, making it useful for those considering fertility support.
-
We use Genova’s NutraEval and Metabolomics panels to assess metabolic health and support longevity. These comprehensive tests analyse various biomarkers related to nutrient status, metabolic pathways, and cellular function, providing insights into how well your body is utilising nutrients and managing energy.
By identifying deficiencies and imbalances, these panels help tailor personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies to enhance overall health, optimise metabolic function, and promote longevity.
