We met 9 years ago whilst working in advertising. It was a demanding and fast-paced industry and there was never enough time to eat between the last call and the next shoot. Having worked with models, influencers, and athletes we saw how important food was in making them look and feel good.
Yet frequently food felt like a hassle, the smallest part of the day's schedule and rarely a priority. In what is portrayed as a health-conscious industry, we saw burn-outs, gut issues, bad skin, tired eyes, everywhere.
We know what eating on the run feels like, what stress feels like, what busy feels like, and what not having enough time to cook and even sometimes eat feels like.
It is our absolute mission to make eating simple so that you feel good.

Kirsty MacSween
I spent the last decade working in stressful environments, where I was often eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at my desk. As a result of stress, my skin broke out and I had gut issues - I tried every lotion, potion and medication out there - none of which worked. Eventually, I turned to diet to try and resolve this and within 3 months, my skin cleared and my health improved.
I’m now committed to helping people achieve well-being through the healing properties of food and lifestyle changes.

With years of hormonal troubles, not understanding that the food I was eating was exacerbating my symptoms, and with little guidance around me, I struggled a lot more than I needed to.
Throwing a demanding job into the mix, long hours in the office and long hours in the pub, it was a recipe for a hormonal disaster. Nutrition turned everything around.
I have a young daughter, who launched me into the world of eating for fertility, pregnancy, post-partum and breastfeeding. The body goes through a huge change during and after pregnancy, so eating well is the least you can do for yourself.

I grew up in a sporty family and learned early on the importance of good nutrition for performance and recovery. This inspired me to study sports science. However, pushing myself too hard led to skin issues, poor sleep, and injuries that ended my athletic pursuits. It wasn't until I began my MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, applying what I was learning, that I found balance and improved my health.
Over the last 18 years, I've focused on understanding how nutrition impacts not just health, but mood, sleep, performance, and overall well-being.
