I took my 4 year old son as he was suffering with terrible gut symptoms, an inflamed tummy and an immune system which was on the floor. He kept getting sick and was lacking in energy a lot of the time. They worked with us to look at his diet and suggested child friendly supplements that he would take easily. They constantly reviewed his progress and suggested adjustments based on how he was responding. He has made such amazing progress, to the point where he is going to the loo daily with ease. His energy levels are back and we are all much happier.

I came to studio nourish after struggling with skin / gut issues for month and being prescribed antibiotics by a dermatologist who wasn’t interested in understanding the cause of my acne. From the first session she was very understanding and validating and took time to explain everything we would be working on! I knew this would be a slow process but I saw results after only a couple of months and my skin has been clear since. I now also understand that lot more about guy health and the impact this has on my hormones and skin and feel good to make better decisions with my nutrition.
